This morning, the Senate approved HB 2009B 19-9! This bill now heads back to the House for concurrence on Senate amendments. If approved, the bill would reinstate Oregon's foreclosure moratorium, and provide critical access to forbearance for Oregon homeowners. Hooray! #orleg
