I have paid all my bills till 04-Nov-2025. The reading should have been considered from nov2025.

@dvvnlhathras @dvvnlhq @UPPCLLKO Sir, bill theek nahi hai, 1132 reading ka bill nahi Banna chahiye..sirf 639 units ka bill banna chahiye.... current reading ki theek hai mai uski baat he nahi kar raha... previous reading jo apne li hai vo galat hai..nov mai mere meter ki reading 2056 thi jiska bill paid hai

Mene 04-nov-2025 tak bill pay Kiya hai aur 04-nov-2025 ko 2056 reading thi.. issliye 2695 present reading - 2056 (nov reading) = 639 reading ke according bill generate hona chahiye abhi ka.
Aap system mai check kariye

@dvvnlhathras @dvvnlhq @UPPCLLKO Reading vartman ki sahi hai lekin jo previous reading aapne mention ki hai bill mai vo galat hai..may 2025 ki reading aap previous reading mai kaise daal sakte hai jabki mene nov 2025 tak regular bill bhara hai. Correct karwaiye isko and system par check kariye.

25-मार्च-2026 तक की मेरी मौजूदा रीडिंग 2695 है। इसलिए, कायदे से मुझे सिर्फ़ 639 रीडिंग का ही बिल मिलना चाहिए। न कि 1132 रीडिंग का, जो कि ग़लती से जेनरेट हो गया है।
