@AgeasGroup you are a shambles! Every other insurer accepts the statement of fact as proof of previous no claims. Now you're charging me £25 to cancel a policy because of your own problem

@MartinSLewis renewed my van insurance at the 3 week sweet spot. 9Y NCD on another vehicle + currnet year. New insurer will only accprt this year NCD not Statement of fact that has 9 y NCD. They're going cancell policy + £25 fee. Go to back in the market less than 3 weeks 🤬

Also thr new insurer had a deadline to get the proof of NCB 10 days before my existing insurer would release it. If the insurance market creates the 3 week sweet sopt they should be prepared to wait for paperwork.
