With the Nostr protocol, that vision has finally become a reality.

Full nodes (both BTC & BCH) don’t actually verify every signature from the genesis block. They use “assume-valid” checkpoints and only validate the chain of custody from that point forward.

En en 2017 la plata que puso Jeffrey Epstein para financiar la guerra y hacer que Tether vaya de una capitalización de mercado de 10M a miles de millones para quedarse con el ticker BTC pasó. En hashrate sigue el dinero, así funciona, se quedaron con el ticker, pero Bitcoin sigue vivo en BCH, el fork es el mecanismo de defensa para estás cosas.

🚀 Paytaca’s Biggest Upgrade Yet Is Live

Paytaca v0.23.1

This release takes a major step forward on multiple fronts — with a big leap in the CashToken experience as one of the headline upgrades.

For the first time, Cauldron DEX is integrated directly into the wallet, enabling seamless token/BCH swaps without leaving Paytaca. Token management is now easier and more intuitive, with smoother swap flows, clearer balances, and better overall consistency.

We also integrated the Paytaca LIFT token into the wallet. You can now buy LIFT straight from Paytaca — either from the DEX at market price or via discounted allocations (subject to lock-up and vesting). Alongside this, we’re introducing wallet subscription tiers: holding at least 100 LIFT unlocks Paytaca Plus, our premium tier with higher limits and broader access to features.

On the security side, Multisig is now available in beta. The signing works and supports broader standards, but coordination among signers still needs polish — we’re shipping it early so power users and builders can start using it and help shape the final experience.

On top of that, this release includes a long list of improvements across the app — general UI/UX upgrades, better WalletConnect and StableHedge, stronger Paytaca Gifts flows (including recovery improvements), and enhanced Collectibles/NFT display across views.

Finally, Paytaca now comes with a fresh new look: a set of glassmorphic themes with multiple color options for a cleaner, more modern feel.

Estamos trabajando en una actualización importante para https://t.co/lpFXXCKsVI que marcará el inicio de una nueva etapa. No solo lanzaremos un sistema de registro mucho más sencillo y multilingüe, sino que daremos el paso definitivo hacia la internacionalización.

1. Flexibilidad Total: Categorías Simultáneas
Entendemos que hay muchos negocios que atienden de forma virtual y presencial al mismo tiempo, por lo que el mapa reflejará el laburo real de cada uno permitiendo figurar en varias categorías en simultáneo:

- Servicio Digital: Operación 100% online y digital. Sin limitación geográfica ni sede física obligatoria (ej. desarrolladores, psicólogos por Zoom).

- Tienda Física: Comercio con local físico y puerta a la calle (ej. kiosco, lavandería).

- Servicio Presencial: Atención que requiere encuentro físico, ya sea a domicilio o en oficina/consultorio privado con turno previo (ej. plomeros, profesionales independientes).

2. Unificación del Ecosistema
Ya conversamos con el equipo de @_paytaca_ para integrar sus comercios de https://t.co/iJ7uwd7GKm en nuestra plataforma. El siguiente paso será contactar a las distintas comunidades regionales de BCH en todo el mundo para que puedan gestionar sus propios comercios en nuestro mapa. Es fundamental que cada comunidad local sea la que gestione sus datos, ya que esto garantiza que el mapa se mantenga siempre actualizado y limpio.

3. Rebranding y Open Source
Este crecimiento viene acompañado de un rebranding total: dejaremos de ser un mapa local para convertirnos en una herramienta internacional.

Queremos que todos sean parte de este proceso. Por eso, estamos dispuestos a liberar el código y la base de datos (Open Source), protegiendo siempre la privacidad de los dueños (nombre, apellido y teléfono personal se mantendrán privados).
