If you have #adhd and aren’t utilizing delivery grocery services, you should try it. Even with a generous tip, I save a ton of money. And I don’t have to subject myself to the dreaded grocery store experience.
@HowtoADHD As an adult diagnosed at 40 who wishes I had the benefits of meds as a kid, I would probably have them take the meds for a couple of months before having the discussion so they can see what the effects are first. Otherwise, they have no point of comparison.

This year, I started a puzzle table in my team's office suite. I struggle with small talk, and this gives everyone an opportunity to chat informally in our common space while puzzling. It has certainly been helpful for my ADHD-self 🤓
