This Saturday wraps up Session 1 of Top Gun Elite Hitting at RCS Academy!
My staff and I had a blast working with some of Pennsylvania’s top prospects in the 2026 & 2027 classes!

Today’s athletes have more knowledge and resources in strength training than ever before, but without a competitive drive in the weight-room progress plateaus & potential goes untapped.
Strength training isn’t just about completing reps; it’s about challenging yourself, working with intention, and pushing past what’s comfortable.
Failure in the weightroom builds mental toughness, teaching athletes to embrace discomfort and challenge. It shows them their limits—and, more importantly, how to push past them.
