Shell reported Q3 profits of $9.5 BILLION. And Republicans not only did nothing to stop it, but they carried water for those fuckers by helping them pretend that high prices were due to inflation, and not just pure unadulterated corporate greed.
Yet again, the media has not learned its lesson from 2016. The NY Times writing about an antisemitic, anti-democratic, election denying, pro-insurrectionist, QAnon believer as if she were an underdog sports figure returning from an injury.

There is no ‘teacher shortage’. There are thousands of qualified experiences teachers who are no longer teaching. There’s a shortage of respect and proper compensation for teachers allowing them to actually teach.
This Ohio tragedy is, among many other things, a lesson that there is no account deemed sympathetic enough to break through to people who simply do not care about the suffering they’re causing. Instead we get denial, misdirection, or attacking those who told the story.
