OOOPS! Fox News is running a clip about brave Israeli soldiers capturing a Palestinian in gray underpants, but the report accidentally includes a shot of the actor playing the Palestinian getting dressed afterwards!
@k7nji@CoxyLFT we do do knees body only, because that’s amateur rule set, no elbows at all tho, other than the fact sparring w the one of the pros last week and he caught me w a spinning elbow to back of head 🤥🤥🤥 concussion wasn’t on my todo list
@k7nji@CoxyLFT but i’d only kick like that on pads, because that’s just how it was presented, whereas in sparring/comp I do kick like a functioning human being
@k7nji@CoxyLFT yeah it’s cos i went boxing > bjj/wrestling > full mma and learning to include them all, i was thinking myself i felt quite weak when hitting from back control, felt more like point punching than anything else but that makes a lot more sense now tbf
@k7nji@CoxyLFT gable grip behind his knees them bending my elbows in, collapses posture, usually just a quick very low and close one because it’s hard to defend unless they frame your head down and get legs out, which is why u gotta do it quick, but there it was slow cos he’s just a lot heavier
@k7nji@CoxyLFT even when i do that takedown i don’t usually do it like that even when looking back on it was thinking tf but i think it’s cos i forgot he’s a lot heavier and had to put a bit more torque into it than usual
@k7nji@CoxyLFT guard was lazy yes but because was on pads and was the third 5 min round, more so because on pads tho so i wasn’t thinking much ab defence which is still bad , also that was my first time working on ground and pound so that was a new area for me
@k7nji@CoxyLFT nah my wrestling’s one of my best features, i was just trying out a gamrot style takedown where when in close range he just drops grabs the legs below the knees and bends them in to collapse his opponent
