@wesvirdelltx Thanks. Being in the school finance business, I spend much of my time on accountability either financially or academic. It’s a complicated system to insure public funding is accounted for appropriately. I’m hopeful that the same metric will apply to all funding.

@wesvirdelltx For clarity’s sake - with school choice or vouchers - will the same rules apply to those taxpayer dollars as apply to the public schools? Audits, assessments, etc.? Competition makes everyone better when the rules are the same.

NEW: China zoo forced to admit the truth after one of their “pandas” started panting and barking.

The Shanwei zoo admits they painted dogs white and black to make them look like pandas.

The zoo initially tried claiming that the dogs were a unique breed of pandas called “panda dogs.”

It was later discovered that the “pandas” were Chow Chows who were dyed with white and black paint.
