Scott Pelley killed 60 Minutes.
Not @bariweiss or Nick Bolton.
Pelley did a 60 Minutes puff piece on fraudster Steven Donziger—ignoring the red flags because Donziger was attacking and suing Chevron, an oil company. Pelley’s fake report is still on the 60 Minutes website. He has never corrected the record and let viewers know Donziger has been found guilty of fraud and bribery of the judge and spent time in federal prison.
Pelley says Weiss has no experience. Pelley has plenty of experience publishing falsehoods. He should apologize to Weiss, Bilton, and the 60 Minutes viewers. #60minutes #scottpelley #bariweiss
@MarkHalperin The show this week with Kristin and Ashley was almost unbearable. Please keep Ashley off the show or find some balance there. She's not adding value with many of her comments and seems to lack the intellectual chops warranted to be on your show.

Dear ________
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding reports of Jimmy Kimmel's reinstatement.
Jimmy's comments, making light of an American citizen shot dead merely for openly debating his political beliefs, were reprehensible and offensive. His implied claims that the shooter was a conservative were demonstrably false from law enforcement reports, and served to further divide and radicalize our political landscape.
I urge you not to support Jimmy Kimmel's reinstatement, as doing so demonstrates that your brand finds it appropriate to make comments making light of the murder of an individual much loved by many of your customers. Such an approach would be offensive, and would result in many of your customers, like myself, forgoing your products.
Thank you.
(WATCH) Splash Training
We recently took you, via helicopter, to an oil rig, 140 miles out into the Gulf of America, to report on the energy industry on the move. Today, we thought you might like to see a bit of the worst-case-scenario survival training the rig workers had to pass, and so did Scott Thuman and our Full Measure crew.
@HEB grocery chain is doing a great job engaging with customers and addressing concerns via Twitter. Their engagements are empathetic, concerned and responsive. Nicely done there, team HEB.
@hoffa_kenny Hang in there Kenny! Maybe find a few minutes solace in music? Jimmy Buffett’s song ‘Breathe in, breathe out, move on’ is a tribute to Katrina survivors and soulful expression on how to deal with unexplainable loss. Praying for you!
Great old newspaper names: Lubbock Avalanche. Bloomington Herald-Telephone. Canton Repository. Of course the Cleveland Plain Dealer. What else you got?
