@halfdeadbearr Smart! I already do similar things while living at home with my family who are very aware of my “past” ed, lots of lying and throwing away food involved unfortunately but it works
@ihatecals138306 I feel like movement/ exercise is a good thing to incorporate in your life because it pushes you to fuel your body to some extent, you kinda have to while being active, and making sure you’re eating helps your metabolism and ultimately your wl ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ that’s just my take
@ihatecals138306 Some of my favs are movement related! Fidgeting can be stress relieving and it also burns some cals (any cals burned are better than no cals burned) Also if I find myself laying down I do leg raises, it starts to burn after like 20-30 when done with proper form
@TitanAbby I relate so hard to this feeling :( but I don’t think they necessarily look bad, I understand that they aren’t the look you’re going for but I hope I can reassure you that they don’t look bad, not in the slightest. I would kill to have legs like yours

@nothingnessagus That’s so weird, I think scales can be super misleading sometimes unfortunately 😓 I would’ve tried it a few more times to make sure it’s somewhat accurate. But either way you are still a valuable person worthy of respect no matter what the scale says.
@geckohaver12 I think this photo is a little misleading, unfortunately the 53g protein and 8g fiber is for a footlong sub 😔 (the only thing that changed was the cals when I selected the 6” so I think their system is glitchy) but that’s still like almost 27g protein and 4g fibre for the 6” 😌
@sanctifieddoe it’s going to be okay. I know it doesn’t feel like it in the moment, but it will. why don’t you try to call a friend? If you have some irls that are available or family members that you like, maybe give them a call? Just a suggestion, I feel this method doesn’t get enough credit
I’ve dropped like 3 lbs?
This morning the scale said 192lbs (yuck I know 💔) and after eating lunch (500 c and 4 hrs ago) I weighed myself and it said 189?! (Still yuck ik) That doesn’t feel possible bc I’ve drank water and I haven’t had a bm at all? Is my scale lying or broken?
