@Delta but Delta can at least notify passengers on cancellation? Codeshare is not an excuse for the lack of notification.

[Cee @prttyundrstated]

@WestJet no one has responded before you, so yes I still need assistance. I got the eTA approval over an hr ago but still can't check in.

[Cee @prttyundrstated]

@WestJet @WestJet And also no response on Facebook for over an hour. What is the point of setting up social media help?

@Delta @Delta DL 7137

Good job #WestJet hotline wait is 55:49 and counting 😀 superb customer service. Also no word from their Twitter team

[Cee @prttyundrstated]

what's up with all the cancelled flights to YYZ? And worse, @Delta didn't notify via email or phone. So much for being a member??!!! 😡😡😡

@Seamless_Care I called and problem was resolved but food delay was nonetheless unpleasant 😣

[Cee @prttyundrstated]

@Seamless got an email confirming order was placed but 1hr later I called & restaurant said no order was received? why why why? Starving!
