The story of how UK police caught the 5 terrorists planning to attack an American airbase is quite incredible.

A local farmer was driving home from a party a bit after midnight. She encountered three white vans blocking a quiet country lane, just outside RAF Fairford. The vehicles immediately looked off to her: one carried “FUEL 2YOU” lettering and a phone number that appeared one digit short and did not match any real company.

She was forced to turn her car around. As she did, she saw a group of young “Middle Eastern-looking” men, some covering their faces, scatter into the trees, in the direction of the US airbase.

She accelerated away and decided to notify the airbase. She couldn’t get a hold of anyone so she called police. She also posted a warning in the village WhatsApp group telling neighbors to lock their doors.

Within 15–25 minutes, police had 5 suspects in custody. Local police credit the woman for getting intel to them in time.

Locals have since noted that the base had already been placed on visibly heightened alert in the days beforehand, with extra barriers and vehicles blocking gates. And Trump mentioned that there were prior thereats to that base. RAF Fairford supports US B-1 bomber operations against Iran.

The hero farmer’s name is being withheld from the public for safety concerns.
