Dear @Zoomcar_India I had booked a car on May 28. Just before pickup the owner (host) informed that vehicle is in garage and not available. He had withdrawn but it was not updated on app. When tried connecting with customer care I was being diverted to host again.

I did not get vehicle,also I was not given option to cancel and book other vehicle. How will I get my money back? And what about all trouble I had to go through because of this. Kindly do not test patience of common people,otherwise consumer courts are not far.
