Why did I decide to build @vastmintxyz?

A few months ago, I wasn't a developer. I didn't even know where to start.

Today, I'm building an NFT marketplace and launchpad for the Ritual ecosystem.

That's how the idea for VastMint was born.

I wanted to build something real for the Ritual ecosystem.

Not just a demo, but a platform where creators can launch, mint, and discover NFT collections.

There were a lot of errors.

A lot of broken builds.

A lot of moments where I thought about giving up.

But every bug I fixed taught me something new.

Every challenge made me a better builder.

At first, it was overwhelming.

I had to learn how to vibe code, work with AI, use the right LLMs, understand smart contracts, and figure out how all the pieces fit together.

Most days, I had no idea what I was doing.

A lot of people ask where I learned all of this.

The answer is simple: @ritualnet.

Through Ritual Academy, community spaces, and live coding sessions, I discovered that building was actually possible, even for someone with no background in development.
