raising my concerns and not yet got any resolutions.
I understand that a software upgrade is required before delivery. To help me better understand the situation and plan accordingly, I would appreciate it if you could provide the following details:
Reason for the software upgrade:
Is this a routine pre-delivery software update recommended by Mahindra, or is it related to a specific technical issue or service campaign? Kindly share the reason and the system/module being updated.
Registration process:
Since my BH registration process is already underway, I request you to kindly complete the Road Tax/Registration Fee payment and the remaining RTO formalities in parallel while the software update is being carried out. This will help avoid any further delay in the allotment of the BH registration number.
Expected delivery timeline:
Please confirm the expected completion date of the software update and provide the tentative delivery date of my vehicle.
As the full payment has already been made, I request your support in ensuring that both the software update and the registration process are completed at the earliest so that the vehicle can be delivered without any additional delay.
