@airindia I had to book an emergency flight to Delhi after receiving a refund assurance from the staff at the Heathrow airport. However, this morning, I have been trying to get my refund or cancel my flight to avoid a no-show.

@airindia I had a terrible experience last night due to the crew losing their departure slot from Terminal 2 Heathrow Airport. Although they claimed it was due to the weather, all other flights, including Vistara and Air India Mumbai, departed at the same time.
