@IOCL_Gujarat Haree Gas and Fuel, Navsari. Staff behaviour was not good. When I told him to update points then they denied and talking nonsense. Waited 20 mins for the same but didn't get satisfactory Service from Indian Oil Petrol Pump. @PetroleumMin should take care of this.

पूरा रेलवे तंत्र दलाल के भरोसे बैठी है। आम आदमी की औकात ही नहीं है के वो ऑनलाइन तत्काल टिकट बुक कर सके। बस दलाल ही यह कर सकते है। उदाहरण के लिए हमने एक screenshot भी लगाया है। कहा से आम आदमी के लिए यह रेलवे है।

At Surat Railway station, I have made complaint of over charging for parking on 21/10/2025.
I got reply that it's under investigation.
Today is 24/10/2025, i don't know what detailed investigation they are doing on this.
