If train can’t follow own timetable then change it.
Compare normal trains,people paid 1.5 times charge for reservation but receiving worst service. No food offered here even 6+ hours delay.
Please help with compensation

Currently traveling in 04151 from Cnb to Ltt, late by 6+ hours. Train is halting at any place so anyone is boarding the train and even unauthorized vendors are selling what they https://t.co/i52LxS87eR is so unsafe and insecure. Trains like Pushpak are bypassing this train

At Bhusaval even 04151 spl train came 30 mins earlier.
Raised complaint 2022122403194 but they said reason is fog although I haven’t seen any fog in path or other trains get halted.
As fellow Indian, I take pride in Indian Railways modernization but this takes us back to 90s.

@airindiain Yeah I tried to contact them since 5 months but they are same as always not giving replies & made the calls they say put a mail and ask ecommerce.
Is this way of working with you guys ,harassing a customer on regular basis.
Why can't you check where is my money after cancellation
