To the good people of Oyo State, thank you for your patience and support. As I have always said, we are here to serve you and we will always act in your best interests.
When you’re sending a revised document to an executive, especially a 2nd or 3rd iteration, don’t just attach it and hope for the best.
By this point, they’ve already seen earlier versions. What they need now isn’t more reading; it’s clarity.
Guide them.
In your email, briefly highlight what’s changed since the last version. Not everything; just the key updates that matter.
Anchor those changes where possible: point them to a specific page, section, or decision point.
Give them a quick mental map before they even open the document.
This does two things.
First, it saves them time and makes it easier to engage with your work.
Second, it positions you as someone who understands both the detail and the bigger picture; someone who can move work forward, not just pass it along.

Small AI win today.
My team had ~30 tasks, tight deadline, and needed to see what we could realistically complete over the next 4–5 days.
Normally, my team would build a full Excel tracker from scratch.
This time, I just listed tasks, assignees, and expected completion dates, then asked Copilot to create a burn-down chart.
It mapped the path from 30 → 0, showed daily targets, and even broke down who was doing what.
Added a pie chart too, so I could instantly spot workload gaps across the team.
Took minutes. Gave full clarity.
@TimMckenzie827@abdulgoncrazy You'll be a bad judge of character, she alleged him following her is not fact enough for the tirade of physical assault. That he's following her might even just be a knot in her head
I just know this to be true.
There is something you're doing right now for free. Just by having one simple consultation, especially with a business coach, you can go back, build around it, create simple, tiny systems around it, and you will make a lot of money doing the same thing.
The exact same thing that you've not really thought about that you're doing for free can, in a couple of weeks, become something that is an additional source of income.
Take this away and do whatever you think is right with it.

✝️ WRESTLING LEGEND THE UNDERTAKER SAYS JESUS CHRIST BECAME THE TRUE FOUNDATION OF HIS LIFE
For decades, Mark Calaway, better known around the world as The Undertaker, was one of the most recognizable figures in professional wrestling. Championships, sold-out arenas, and global fame made him a legend inside the ring.
But according to his testimony, none of those accomplishments could provide the lasting peace his heart was searching for.
Mark has shared that, despite his success, something was still missing.
Through the quiet and faithful example of his wife, Michelle McCool, he began attending church again—not for publicity or appearances, but with a genuine desire to reconnect with Jesus Christ.
Little by little, his faith grew deeper.
Today, Mark says his relationship with Jesus has become the true foundation of his life—the source of peace, strength, and purpose that fame and earthly success could never provide.
His testimony is a reminder that no amount of recognition, wealth, or achievement can fill the place in our hearts that was created for God alone.
Whether someone is known by millions or lives a quiet life out of the spotlight, every person ultimately faces the same question:
Have I placed my trust in Jesus Christ?
📖 Mark 8:36
“For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul?”
📖 Matthew 11:28
“Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
📖 2 Corinthians 5:17
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”
No championship is greater than salvation.
No title is higher than King of Kings.
And no one is ever too far from the grace of Jesus Christ.
To God alone be the glory.
🙏❤️✝️

I've spent the last several months researching, travelling, and studying why countries like Singapore, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Canada and Finland built some of the world's best public education systems.
One thing became clear:
Nigeria doesn't just have an education problem. We have a school management problem.
Today, I'm releasing a white paper that proposes a new way to transform our public schools, keeping them publicly owned while introducing world-class management and accountability.
This isn't about politics.
It's about giving every Nigerian child the opportunity to attend a world-class public school.
I hope this sparks one of the most important conversations our country has had about education.
Read it. Criticise it. Improve it. Share it.
If we get education right, we change Nigeria.

We are writing with heavy hearts to cry out for help.
42 children from Mussa Primary and Junior Secondary School, Askira Uba LGA, Borno State were abducted on May 15, 2026. The children include toddlers as young as 2 years old.
Today marks 67 days and our children are still being held in the forests. We have not heard anything about their whereabouts or condition.
We have waited, we have prayed, and we have reported. But up to today, we have not seen concrete action from the Borno State Government under Governor Babagana Zulum to secure their release and bring them home safely.
Our children are in the forest. They are scared, hungry, and in danger. Every day that passes puts their lives at more risk.
We are pleading:
1. Governor Zulum: Please act now. Deploy all necessary resources for the immediate rescue of the 42 Mussa children.
2. Security agencies: We need a coordinated rescue operation urgently.
3. The public and media: Help us amplify this. Do not let our children be forgotten.
We are parents, we are a community, and we are desperate. We cannot do this alone.
Please, help us call on the authorities to act before it is too late. Our children deserve to come home.
Thank you for standing with us.
Sincerely,
Concerned Parents and Community Members of Mussa, Borno State, Nigeria.
How to land your next role on LinkedIn.
Away from all the performative comments and "I am thrilled to announce" shenanigans, LinkedIn is one of the best spaces to search for your next role, but most people do it the wrong way.
A lot of people see job adverts and just click apply, add CV, submit, and hope for the best. Most times this doesn’t yield the best outcome. I want to share how I landed my last two roles on LinkedIn.
1. Profile optimisation - Your LinkedIn profile must have keywords, skills, or titles that are relevant to the type of roles you want to get into. Most recruiters have their own search function and are able to reach out to you directly. Granted, some of them are lazy and just reach out randomly to offer roles that don’t match your experience or are way below your current grade.
2. Notifications - Set up notifications for the specific job title and location where you want a role. Often, this brings roles you wouldn’t ordinarily think of or search for straight into your email inbox.
3. Early Applications - For most roles, once it’s past 100 people that have applied, I usually don’t stress unless I know I am a perfect fit, and I will still take some additional steps. So when I search directly on LinkedIn, I apply a filter for roles posted within the last 24 hours. This way, you will always be among the first set of CVs the recruiters review. As someone who has recruited people previously, there’s an advantage to being an early applicant, especially when companies are looking to fill the role quickly.
4. Referrals - If you see a role in a company, before applying, check if you have any mutual connections working there. If not, still go through the list of employees and reach out to people directly. Make your message short, include the LinkedIn link to the role, add your CV, and ask them to refer you. You can even add a “blurb” they can use if needed. I have done this a couple of times for people. Guess what? Most companies pay their staff referral bonuses, so it’s a win-win.
5. Recruiters reach out - Some roles are posted directly by the HR of the companies or recruiters. Reach out to them and let them know you have applied for the role and are interested.
6. Easy Apply - Look out for these roles as they make it easy for you to apply in numbers. Depending on the career stage you are in, only spend additional time filling out applications if you know you tick most of the boxes.
7. CV versions - If you are considering different role profiles, keep different versions of your CV on hand so you can upload the most appropriate one.
8. The "Inmail" Hiring Manager Strategy
Instead of just applying or messaging recruiters, find the actual hiring manager (e.g., the Lead Engineer, Marketing Director, or Team Lead for that department). Send a brief, high-value connection request or message expressing genuine interest in their team's work, mentioning one specific thing you admire about their team/company, and letting them know you applied.
9. Strategic Content Engagement
Don't just lurk around, comment meaningfully on posts by companies, leaders, or recruiters in your niche. Adding insightful observations in comment sections builds passive familiarity. When your name pops up on an application later, or when you message them directly, you're no longer a cold stranger.
10. Turn On "Open to Work" (Privately)
Enable the "Open to Work" feature, but set it to "Recruiters Only" if you are currently employed and want to stay discreet. LinkedIn’s Recruiter tool actively prioritizes candidates with this flag turned on, making you significantly more visible in candidate pools without alerting your current boss.
