(7/7) At the one hand they promote filing ITRs but at the other hand they don't know how to deal with this kind of cases faster even there is a set process.

(1/7) After over 3 years of struggle, my PAN which was also allocated to some other person of the same name is not resolved. Thanks to the Income Tax DIT(system) Department.

(6/7) I am still struggling to sort this out. All of my financial records are messing with the other person. All the loans, investments etc. On top of it, the department has changed my PAN address. Now, I don't even know if I should file ITR anymore.

@NSDLeGovernance @NSDLeGovernance has no record for my PAN as it was not issue by them. PAN was issued by your agency @Utiitsl . Please look into the matter.

How is it possible that one PAN is alocated to two persons? I got to know today that My PAN is associated with some other person having same name and DOB. What's the resolution now? what abt my credit score? @IncomeTaxIndia @NSDLeGovernance @Utiitsl @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia
