@sstefanyk @servman @metromorning 2/2 It will start to caramelize, turning amber. Once it’s light amber, take off heat & onto heat safe surface. Keep it a light colour in case you need to reheat. VERY carefully dip one house side in & hold to another piece for 10-15 sec on parchment.

@sstefanyk @servman @metromorning Boil about a half cup of sugar in a clean pan (a pan so that it caramelizes quicker and so you have a wide surface area to dip the sides in)with a few tablespoons of water. Swirl it a little as the sugar starts to melt - don’t stir). 1/2
