@gfischermanns Das Ziel von #Holacracy ist demnach nicht eine Hyperformalisierung, sondern das aufrechterhalten einer “minimally viable organization”. Es ist nicht das Ziel alles zu formalisieren, sondern sondern nur gerade soviel wie nötig ist, um eine Spannung zu lösen.

@gfischermanns Die Holacracy Verfassung sagt allerdings nichts darüber, dass dies ein zu verfolgendes Ziel sei oder guter Praxis entspräche. Oft sehen wir diese Tendenz, wenn in der frühen holakratischen Praxis noch (unbewusst) versucht wird, alte Muster mit holakratischen Elementen auszuleben.

@gfischermanns Einverstanden. Das grosse Missverständnnis von Hr. Kühl ist jedoch, dass die perfekt fomalisierte Organisation ein Ziel der holakratischen Praxis ist. Zugegeben, es gibt oft Phasen in Laufe einer Transformation, in welchen diese Tendenz der Hyperformalisierung zu beobachten ist.

@wartranslated @timurkuran's concept of "Preference Falsification" comes to mind here. While the Russian public seems to express support for Putin and the war, they may publicly express preferences that differ from their actual preferences out of fear of social exclusion or repression.
