@anttsinc If the HOA issued an estoppel letter at the time of sale and didn't include the assessment, they are SOL trying to collect. That letter says "this is what is owed to the association at this time" - any open dues, fees, and current/known future assessments to be paid from proceeds

@historyinmemes Actually the first iPhone devices came out in 1998 from a company that was bought by Cisco. Had nothing to do with Apple. Cisco used the name on a number of devices like the Linksys iPhone in 2006. I have one. Apple used the name anyway, which lead to a lawsuit.
