The Hon. Bombay High Court continued examining the merits in the Ramadas Vs TISS, Gov. of India and Others writ petition. Between 8th and 9th January 2025, arguments have been presented by Ramadas's counsel. The court has passed an interim order allowing Ramadas to submit (1/3)

The respondents (TISS, UGC, GOI, NSFDC) placed their arguments before the court during the hearings on the 15th and 21st of January 2025 or before. By now, all respondent parties have completed their arguments (2/3)
