And after 2+ months post-incident talking to chatbots and X private messages, I still haven’t received a phone call from regional management. As such, @Hertz is getting my business for our next family trip in a few months, not @enterprisecares or National.

Too bad we have American companies tax breaks over the last 40+ years to move manufacturing to China. We can’t make dick at home right now, much less mass quantities of electronics. Btw, to make electronics, you need lots of highly-educated people. Too bad we’ve been cutting back on that, too…..
