@SriGaussian What’s really happening in NSC/SRC? Manual labors from admin staffs r needed everywhere, not just in NSC/SRC. Why r they adjudicating @ 25%, 9% while NBCs r adjudicating at 66%rate? EvenFIFO isn’t being honored. May be they don’t want Indians to get GC

@doug_rand @USCIS I was given a response in a day that my request doesn’t meet expedition criterion and it’s decided case by case at the discretion of @USCISDirector! Not sure what’s the difference in my case and that of this candidate! Perhaps location? Dallas vs. Nebraska? 2/n

Would uscis give those unfortunate folks a GC in Oct/Nov? Such unknowns w other external factors increases anxiety, depression. What’s the plan for 485s rotting in NE? Any guarantee for them?3/?

@DgradUsph @USCIS @USCISDirector @AILANational They keep saying there isnt enough demand for eb2 while some of us r waiting since 2020/21 since our applications went to Nebraska. I read through faqs mentioned in @doug_rand ‘s tweet, but why the director doesn’t openly tweet about what they would do for those applications?2/?
