Hi @pizzahut want to underline a big issue on ordering from your website.
I ordered at 8.46 pm and when pizza didn't come thru by 9.30 pm I called your customer care and got to know that due to technical issue my order didn't reach your store.

Customer service was unable to provide me an email or message that my payment would revert back after 30 mins of waiting and explaining my issue to 3 different executives on 3 calls.
