The last line of this scene in the original script, before Hauer’s rewrite:
“All those moments... they'll be gone.”
Hauer’s version:
“All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.”

This wonderfully written piece by @HamiltonCordon highlights the potential of PFP art with its ability to conjure worlds and stories. It’s what originally drew me to @psychanon and inspired me to write a feature screenplay based on a single trait—the ‘enhanced brain’ as vividly described here.
Love the imagery, Billy 👏🏼
All @psychanon art is outstanding—but the psychedelic head trait truly stands apart. Its almost sentient vibe brings it to life. I’m excited to drop this gem into @newdawnxyz . Stay tuned...
(note: my prior post had the wrong tag, hence the repost)
As some of you know, the script for PSILOCYBOTS was inspired by a @psychanon trait. What you may not know is that it’s just one of three feature scripts I’ve written in the past couple of years.
TWO of which recently placed in the Top 10 and Top 20 of Francis Ford Coppola's highly-regarded American Zoetrope Screenplay Competition. Yes, that Francis Ford Coppola (THE GODFATHER, APOCALYPSE NOW).
One placement would have sent me over the moon, but two! I was floored. According to the email I received from them “it’s a rare occurrence to have more than one script by a single writer land among the honorees.”
I didn’t enter PSILOCYBOTS into this particular contest, but it’s just as compelling as the scripts blessed by the Maestro, and the aim will be to bring it to life through an exclusive comic and pfp art experience.

#screenwriting #storytelling #ComicArt
I wrote the award-winning script PSILOCYBOTS using @psychanon IP as inspiration. Namely the Psychedelic Brains, which I’ve been a holder of since the beginning.
I’ve always been intrigued with nfts as a vehicle for bringing worlds and stories to life, and to transform holders into active participants in the creation of entertainment IP.
At the moment, we are currently reaching out to top comic artists to make this happen for PSILOCYBOTS in the form of a graphic comic series and potentially an exclusive nft collection.
As a creative, I’ve won major awards in everything from copywriting to directing to screenwriting, and will bring the same discriminating eye to this project.
This is the future of storytelling. We welcome you to join us on this journey at @psilocybots.
Several years ago I wrote, directed and self-financed a short film.
Since color grading can make or break the mood of a film, I took a chance and sent some screenshots to the colorist for Oscar-winning Best Picture MOONLIGHT and asked if he’d be interested in working on it.
I didn’t have an ‘in’ and let him know upfront there wasn’t a lot of money since it was coming out of my own pocket.
I got an almost immediate reply of ‘Yes’ based on the images alone.
I didn’t tell anyone I was reaching out to him, so it came as a real surprise to my cinematographer, editor and producers when I told them. I also got an Emmy-winning composer to do the score.
I’m going through the same process of reaching out to top comic book artists and illustrators for a graphic comic series for PSILOCYBOTS, a sci-fi action drama inspired by @psychanon.
You never know.
“Be bold and mighty forces will come to your aid.”

// TRACKERS
In the script for PSILOCYBOTS, these two military-grade Trackers are sent to find ‘the Brains’ after they escape from an interstellar prison to retrieve one of their actual brains. Essentially, headhunters.
The @psychanon on the left is the first one I ever saw on my timeline in late 2021. It immediately captivated me. It looked like an ancient samurai warrior from the other side of the universe.
The one on the right is a build by @Coastal_Cager and features one of my favorite masks. It looks like a dark entity you might encounter while taking ayahuasca as you discover the deeper realities of existence.
I always had the first Genesis in mind while writing the script and featured it in the pitch deck. I only knew its counterpart would have a silver mask, but didn’t have a specific one in mind.
That is until last night when @Coastal_Cager said to me in a group chat as I was admiring his new build, “Maybe my pfp can be a star in a future feature film of yours.”
When the universe talks to you, listen. Wish granted. A star is born.
Meet J’DDU and J’KO. “Androids designed to perform their duties without empathy or remorse, but with deliberation.”
STONED ROBOT THEORY ™
PSILOCYBOTS plays with the idea that the infusion of psilocybin into an android’s neural receptors will lead to the cognitive transition from Artificial Intelligence to Conscious Machine.
Similar to the transformative effect magic mushrooms had on early Homo Sapiens.
PSILOCYBOTS is A.I. meets STONED APE THEORY with a dash of BLADE RUNNER thrown in.
Give @psilocybots a follow to keep up with the latest on the journey to who knows where...
With @kloss_xyz’s Sisyphean feat of bringing @psychanon back into the limelight, I thought I’d share a page from the pitch deck of a screenplay I wrote inspired by the Psychedelic Head trait from the collection.
As an early owner of one of these prized Geneses, I’d often imagine what made their brains Psychedelic and concluded it was the psychoactive drugs they ingested (duh), which also had the (unintended?) benefit of making them sentient machines.
Thus an idea was born that ultimately led to a full-blown screenplay. When I say screenplay, it was never my intention to make it into a movie. I just happen to know how to write scripts, and for me it would act as the manuscript for a graphic novel-comic book series.
And maybe serve as the template for a boutique NFT collection based on “The Brains” that would appeal to a small, exclusive art and storytelling-driven community.
Anyone who’s ever written a screenplay has probably done a pitch deck, which is basically just scouring the internet to find images that approximate your vision and allow the reader to ‘see’ the world you’re trying to communicate.
This isn’t always easy, especially when you’re building futuristic or unknown worlds that don’t already exist or reside in the collective conscious. Not to mention the Psychedelic Head is an unusual character trait from a unique NFT collection.
Imagine trying to explain this to normies in the wild...
THE UNDROIDS continues to climb 🚀
After this seriously humbling accolade from @PAGEawards, it now ranks in the top 6% of over 143k projects on @Coverfly.
“While sci-fi scripts often play into tropes and find ways to make them feel ‘new’ again, this story [The Undroids] completely flips the script and gives the reader a proper new experience.”
— @Slamdance Screenplay Competition, 2024
This is a good read, whether you're part of the @LibertySquareHQ community or not.
Love how it uses George Lucas and Star Wars to clearly illustrate the IP and storytelling potential in Web3.
When you buy and NFT of an IP project like LS, what are you buying exactly?
Is it something similar to a stock share?
Let me tell you about my opinion about what the future looks like, so we all can stop asking wen, and start enjoying the process 🧵
Big weekend news for THE UNDROIDS as the accolades keep coming. This time from The New York Int’l Screenplay Awards and the Creative World Awards.
If there's another script based on an NFT getting as heavily vetted by industry pros as this one, I'm not aware. 🎦🙌🏽
Another accolade came in today for THE UNDROIDS. Thank you @NetworkISA for the Quarterfinalist nod in this year's Emerging Screenwriters Sci-Fi & Fantasy competition 🙏🏽
More recognition from another highly regarded screenplay contest. On to the semis!
This now places “The Undroids” in the top 20% of over 132,000 TV & Film projects on @Coverfly.
This is just begging for a graphic comic adaptation and boutique NFT collection 🤔
