@NianticLabs Some easy fixes if you want to improve rural areas in @PokemonGoApp:
1. Allow S2 Cells Lvl19 pokestops.
2. Lower pokestops:gyms ratios to 2:1, 4:2, 12:3, 20:4
3. Allow one EX gym per Lvl13, not only in parcs and sponsored.

Just that would change everything. Thanks!
