@VFSGlobal My parents went to VFS global new delhi office for their biometric for Canadian TRV visa. They were sold Premium Lounge services there without explaining what are they for. They paid more than 7K and are not even given receipt. Not sure what to do now.

@vmads90 @airindiain I was able to get PNR from the customer care after long waiting on call. Booking is showing confirmed when checked at website.
Do not have tickets yet. Some ppl have mentioned their pnr gets cancelled, so still fingers crossed.

@arealrt @nameishumanity @airindiain @MonikaK64245372 You do not need to travel with the citizen spouse/parent/child. You just have to have them. Basically you need to register with ROCA and if you fulfill this criteria, you can book these flights. Otherwise, they may not let you board it. (1/2)
