Russell Brand bringing the simple gospel. We love to see it 👏
“I love the simplicity of the idea of God coming to Earth as a man to experience what it is to be human and to sacrifice himself, because that’s the only sacrifice that could bring us hope, that could give us the opportunity for redemption.”
This is more the evangelical norm in America but, for some reason, many people think of evangelicals as card-carrying Trump supporters. The anti-Christian nationalism here seems to be more the norm with active church goers. “Voting is not a spiritual activity.” Thoughts?
I am preaching tomorrow in Estes as planned from 1 Tim. 2:8-15, “Should women be leaders and pastors in the church?” We are stewarding our role in this awakening day by day, but our chapel program will go on as planned. Tonight we will be opening our facilities as we have been.
I've said it once and I'll say it again:
A Bivocational Pastor is not "half" the pastor.
A Bivocational Pastor is "twice" the pastor.
Because they are pastors who have a ministry in their church and in the marketplace.
I’m not trying to be confrontational, woke or politically correct. However, in a diverse nation like America, why are so many church staff pictures only white guys? Why aren’t we raising up multiethnic church leaders?
