Was excited to upgrade our Italy flights to business class with @lufthansa… until I realized the upgrade cost more than buying business outright, only covered 2 of 4 legs, and gave no refund for the economy fare I’d already paid! Customer service says it’s “policy.”

@dayoneapp@automattic Doesn’t make sense to me that someone would buy a *journal* app (of all things) just to compromise the data privacy. They have to know that's the fastest possible way to kill the business and make sure they lose all their money on the deal (as evidenced by the reactions here).
