@MoHFW_INDIA would like to draw attention to CIMS, Chamrajnagar, Karnataka. Beautiful building and clean place but lacks basic medical infrastructure. Blood bank with hardly any blood available. Basic BP machines missing. CT scan facility missing, report available in 3-4 hrs.

@Uber tried uber after 2yrs. Pathetic. Booked a day before for 8am. Nothing till 7:56am, driver accepts at 8am showed 8 min away. Sends msg to look for some other cab. Why did he accept? Why couldn't he cancel? In other instance, cab on outside road-refuses

The lease agreement is a registered one. What is the relevance of getting legal vetting, if the landlord is not able to prove his ownership and request to vacate as per agreement is termed as threats by the tenants??!!

@CP_Noida Sir, if the registered lease document expires and the tenant had been requested verbally, through email and notice as per agreement to vacate BUT tenant does NOT comply. Isn't that encroachment? Do we still have to bring court orders which will take ages? Help please
