@undercovergil@SephJ_APY@LiuInTheShadows It’s granite that’s cracking not marble. They’re using a some sort of liner over the marble not just painting over it to pray cracks seal themselves. Would be too costly to replace all that marble
@RadarResist@danishacarterr Common response in rural farm life. Cricket was aggressive and had poor temperament, noted attacking neighbors chickens as well as biting her, they had other dogs that don’t have these behavioral issues. Not the much different from putting a dog down for attacking people….
@jCarterinvests@RickRollup@azsportsfa3280@danishacarterr No but as a ccw holder you should have the foresight in not partaking at an event that may turn to a riot. Again it shows he was an irresponsible ccw holder, despite me believing he was murdered wrongly, I can still admit he was irresponsible.
@RickRollup@azsportsfa3280@jCarterinvests@danishacarterr Being involved in a riot is a crime; carrying a gun during a riot makes the crime greater. If you take a CCW course you should have better judgement then to carry to an event that can turn ugly and paint you as a rioter, if you can’t see the relevance that’s you’re problem.
@RickRollup@azsportsfa3280@jCarterinvests@danishacarterr • First degree (serious felony): Requires a death to result and one person armed with a dangerous weapon.
(Note: “Dangerous weapon” is defined elsewhere in Minnesota law, e.g., Minn. Stat. § 609.02, subd. 6, generally including firearms or objects capable of causing death
@RickRollup@azsportsfa3280@jCarterinvests@danishacarterr • Third degree (base/gross misdemeanor): Applies to each participant in such a disturbance.
• Second degree (felony): Applies to participants who are armed with a dangerous weapon or know another is.
@RickRollup@azsportsfa3280@jCarterinvests@danishacarterr And break into law enforcement vehicles. “Protestors” stealing rifles out of law enforcement gun lockers from those vehicles. Etc etc. so again taking a firearm to an anti Ice protest in Minnesota is a flip of a coin legal gray zone since it can turn quick
@RickRollup@azsportsfa3280@jCarterinvests@danishacarterr It is if you take a firearm to a protest that has potential for turning to a riot. It’s illegal in Minnesota to bring a firearm to a riot with or without a ccw. In the case of a normal protest there’s nothin wrong with it; but web seen protestors in Minnesota vandalize hotels…
