That was three years ago.

This morning, while driving to work, my mind suddenly dragged me back to what she did. Her with him. What they must have done.

The images started playing in my head, and before I knew it, I was crying.

It hurt like I had just discovered the affair all over again.

I survived finding out. I stayed. I went to therapy. I tried to forgive and move forward.

But these vivid replays in my head... they hurt so much.

They come without warning and force me to relive the betrayal. They cripple me.

I really thought I had gotten past this. So why does it still hurt this much?

When will this end?

How do I make these images go away?
