@asda @AsdaServiceTeam my parked car has just been hit by one of your delivery drivers. Now I have to call a 0844 number costing 50p a minute to deal with something that's not my fault. Do have a alternative number to 0844 3221608 which doesn't cost me a arm and a leg.

@nectar had points been used on my card by unknown person. Called CS and they cancelled my card and said they moved my points to a new card/number. Registered new card number and all my points are missing!! How long does it take for them to transfer? Thanks

Hold the front wheel and the handle bar can still move, So I was given a dangerous bike. Not acceptable! I paid for the Build service, I do not trust anything about the build. Not happy at all.

@Halfords_uk took collection of a new built bike. had all the emails with build report etc. Went to collect and handle bar was not even fitted, so much for the build report saying the stem has been tightened to 7nm.
About to leave, I tested the handle bar, it was still loose!
