today my coworker finally watched #MrFanboyEP6 i was the one who introduced the series to them, and they ended up enjoying it so much. when nine and wan fought at the swimming pool, one of my friends was crying so much. 😭

most of us at the office are fangirls, mostly kpop fans, so that scene really hit her hard. she used to travel to different countries to see her faves too, and she kept saying how painful it must be to hear those words from someone you adore so much.

sharing my experience, because this is also my first time falling this deeply into stanning actors. the last time i went to bangkok to see auausave while i was struggling with some irl things, i kept questioning myself too. is it worth it? am i going to enjoy it later? did all the money i spent just go to waste?

but i chose this as one of my sources of happiness, so i kept going for it. as long as i was doing it within my means and not letting myself struggle physically or financially, i wanted to allow myself to enjoy it.

and now, i think i chose the right people to stan. the right people to bring me happiness, and the right people to share this journey with, together with all the friends i’ve met along the way.

thank you, save and james, for bringing wan and nine to life in this series. thank you for making these characters feel so real that even someone watching from the other side of the world can see a little bit of themselves in them. 🥹💗
