@goibibo I have booked indigo flight from Riyadh to Mumbai and back on Goibibo. Unfortunately flight got cancelled due COVID19 lockdown across the globe. Immediately I have applied for total fare refund. After few days I received an email issuing credit note.

@AmazonHelp I did it already. In fact some one from Amazon pickup came on 22nd but refused to take back as the packing was not available. They asked me arrange packing and assured me to visit next day. I arranged original packing. since then no one came. All my requests and calls are in vein

@IndiGo6E I have seen in the news that Indigo airlines has waived off all flight cancellation charges till 31st March due to Covid19 . however, today i cancelled return flight from Riyadh to Mumbai scheduled on 27th of March and indigo charged 9200 rupees. Is it not cheating?

@IndiGo6E Please note the pnr RNL7RN. This was cancelled yesterday as Saudi Arabia has mandated two weeks quarantine for all passengers coming from India. Which is lifted today. Please check and refund the cancellation charges
