Introducing @causaprimaai - coming out of stealth today with a $10M raise.

I spent 25 years building software that moves money between companies. But every tool I built only ever sat inside one company.

AP tools for the buyer. AR tools for the supplier.
Nobody built anything for the space between them. The moment a payment had to move between two companies, the software stopped and a human stepped in.

@hgprimer , @pstanislaus , and I spent too long watching this happen to not do something about it.
So we built the solution.

Causa Prima is an agent-to-agent network between the buyer and the supplier. AI agents on both sides handle disputes, negotiate payment timing, and capture early pay discounts automatically in real time.

We have 3000+ active accounts on the network already. And we’re just getting started.

Since January 2025, every German business must be able to receive structured electronic invoices. By 2027, they'll have to issue them too. Most currently don't have a workflow that's ready and the tools that do exist look like enterprise software.
