@nasiphim Dear Madam Mayor, I’m guessing you don’t spend much time in the East of Pretoria. If you did, the sheer number of street lights that have been out for months - some for years - would be impossible to ignore.

Entire stretches of roads are left in darkness. Add in the potholes, and driving at night - especially in the rain - becomes a guessing game. Residents report it, repeatedly, to [email protected]… and hear absolutely nothing back.
