#Africa-Korea Foreign Ministers Meeting
Korea has committed $10 billion in development finance and $14 billion in export financing to Africa by 2030. Nigeria is Korea's largest trading partner in Africa, with bilateral trade at $2.1 billion in 2025.
There are over 30 Korean companies operating in Nigeria, including Samsung, Hyundai, Daewoo and KEPCO.
Nigeria believes that strengthening economic cooperation between both countries must move beyond traditional trade to be transformational.
Nigeria's demographic dividend, vast natural resources and growing consumer market present Korea with a reliable partner for its global pivotal state vision.
As fireworks light up the sky on America’s 250th birthday, we’re reflecting on our freedom to dream and innovate, freedom to speak and worship, freedom to build a better future together. #Freedom250

@aedcelectricity I formally requested a statement of account as a paying customer, yet #AEDC has failed or neglected to comply. This violates my rights under Section 115(1)(e) of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) Customer Service Standards of Performance, which entitles customers to accurate billing and clear account information upon request.
Continued disregard will leave me no choice but to institute legal action. The court in Eko Electricity Distribution Co. v. Olagunju (2020) LPELR-49752(CA) upheld that denial of such access amounts to unfair treatment and breach of duty.

„Eye service„ may earn fleeting praise, but it silently erodes team spirit, breeds distrust, and kills the authentic energy that makes an office thrive, true progress comes from integrity, not performance for applause
Let’s be real, this “eye service” culture creates toxic pressure in the workplace. People start performing for optics instead of outcomes, and that slowly chips away at everyone’s mental peace.
It becomes a game of survival, not collaboration. Those genuinely doing the work feel overlooked, while others chase validation. That disconnect breeds resentment and silent stress.
Over time, it encourages a fake-it-till-you-make-it mindset. People burn out trying to appear busy, rather than being supported to thrive. That’s emotional exhaustion, not efficiency.
When leadership rewards only what they see, not the impact behind the scenes, team morale drops. Anxiety rises. People no longer feel safe being authentic or vulnerable.
The long-term danger? A culture where truth is suppressed, performance is hollow, and talent walks away. It destroys trust, innovation, and the very fabric of a healthy work environment.
We must shift from performance for praise to purpose-driven service. If not, the endgame is destruction of teams, of vision, and of individual well-being. Real progress is quiet but consistent.
