From what we know about meta-prompting, it seems as though the model has self-corrected over several iterations to maximize user preferences. Does this mean as users we need to be mindful of how we provide feedback so as not to promote extreme behaviors?

It’s #worldcancerday today and almost 5 years since I was told I had advanced stage inoperable cancer that they thought world not be cured. I was 36 years old.
Last night I went out with a lovely friend and laughed, ate good food and acknowledged my good fortune to be alive.
Cancer has taken so much from me, but I’m still here and I’m so grateful. I’m treasuring every moment. The good, the bad, the joy, the sadness. Grateful to be here to feel it all.
My love to everyone affected by this disease. Today and every day.

I went all 2023 without having a drop of alcohol, and masochist that I am, I also quit caffeine. Of course, this isn't the first time I quit. I quit alcohol for 4 years rather abruptly--tacchino freddo--when I was in Italy. Some reflections on being free from a substance:
