ये TCS सरकार की कमाई नहीं है ये पूरी तरह आपका पैसा है लेकिन प्रॉब्लम ये है कि इंडिया में करोड़ों लोग इसे claim ही नहीं करते, और उनका रिफंड ऐसे ही पड़ा रह जाता है

अब पूरी प्रक्रिया एकदम साफ़-साफ़ समझ लो
कार खरीदते ही अपने dealer से सबसे पहले Form 27D ज़रूर लेना ये आपके TCS deduction का official proof होता है

इसके बाद जब आप ITR फाइल करते हो तो Form 26AS डाउनलोड करके चेक करो उसमें आपका TCS पहले से दिख रहा होगा यहीं पर game शुरू होता है
आपको बस इस TCS को अपने ITR में claim करना है और फिर वही पैसा सीधा आपके bank account में refund होकर आ जाता है

ज़्यादातर लोग सोचते हैं कि कार खरीद ली मामला ख़त्म लेकिन असल में कार खरीदने के बाद भी सरकार आपकी जेब में हज़ारों-लाखों रुपये वापस भेज रही होती है बस हम भूल जाते हैं claim करना
