Highlighting most painful issues of this incident:
1) Leakage of customer data & selective targeting (of #seniorcitizen)
2) Inaction & lack of @BankofIndia mechanisms to stop ongoing fraud even after it's reported by customer
3) Utter lack of #sensivity & #support for customers
He made several calls from his registered mobile to bank’s 24*7 customer support line (02240919191) to report the incident and pleaded them to help stop these fraudulent transactions. One of the calls was of 29 mins 26 secs (as seen in the attached mobile screenshot)
