@MuscleB1ueprint If someone has discogenic / flexion sensitivity over extending actually can feel quite nice. If someone does not have pain with this, I feel like strengthening through full range is beneficial!
@TomBroback Like with anything, research can be cherry picked to fit a bias. I fully admit to doing that as well. I hope we both can agree that labeling burpees as โscaryโ is inappropriate and fear mongering.
@TomBroback Would you mind reposting the article or research paper that shows the increased injury risk of doing burpees? Or is this primarily anecdotal
