I called and after 25 minutes on phone the issue was still not resolved and I was told that you’ll only send my order once I return the wrong order. Seriously?! Your error and now I have to wait to receive what I should have received in first place.
@NespressoUK I am appalled by your customer service. I placed an order online and it was delivered yesterday. Turns out that my label got stuck to another box and so I have actually not received my order at all. No way to contact you via email and your chat function not working.

@MTNza Given I have no MTN cell signal, giving a number to call is not helpful! I looked at the form as well - it is terrible and asks totally unnecessary information. Surely you can have a simpler fault reporting process!
