On this date 7 years ago. Cork vs Waterford in PUC and a whole terrace wasn't open as the current demand didn't exist.
How times have changed....

@MLuimneach It's why I have been giving out about how the tickets are currently distributed in Munster. Especially in Cork.... Loyalty is never rewarded.
@iamGooders What happened last year? Ye beat us well in the first game in the Gaelic Grounds, we then beat ye in the Gaelic Grounds and then ye got knocked out against Dublin because ye completely underestimated them?
@Durnetra1 Were they not motivated last season when Dublin knocked them out?
Limerick are the team to beat this season no doubt. They were the better team yesterday as I said in my previous post. My point is, there is alot of hurling to be played before the business end.
@DLynchSport Stand alone. All 4 counties deserve to have their own main event. None of this crap of the stadium being sold out and then only a fraction of the crowd remaining for the 2nd game.
@DanielHussey2 Another great topic to talk aboutmight be the advantage rule. Because players are getting advantage regularly, getting 1on1 shots off on goal, the keeper saving and it's been called back for something that happened 6-7 seconds previously. Surely 1on1 shots are advantage over.
@SkyWatch07 Will always call it as I see it. There is alot of hurling to be played but 1-6 from play doesn't win Championships. That game might be the kick up the back side the Cork team need because they have not been great this season.
Another game overshadowed by an absolutely disgraceful refereeing performance but overall, Limerick were the better team in the 2nd half. 4 out of 6 Cork forwards never turned up and management didn't make changes when necessary.
@CorkHurlingPod I'm more concerned that 4 out of 6 forwards never turned up, and the management team failed to make any changes until it was too late. This whole whipping players off when they get a yellow also needs to stop. It's showing no trust in players. SOD was our best defender!
@Varadero1988@DanielHussey2 Walsh, Barrett, and Connolly should all have been whipped. If there is that much competition in training that he keeps saying, subs should have been made very early if they aren't performing on the pitch
@rebelsabu2@mlverney Can't agree that they performed. Thought 4 out of 6 forwards didn't turn up, shocking defending for Hegartys goal and the management failed to make changes. Hate for the revisionism, but if Dalton was in the team, that last free goes over
Poor game overall but you win or learn
