@GOoutdoors - poor customer service this week from the go out door store in Team valley 🤦‍♂️ then Got offered £10 gift voucher off online customer service for a £55 #Peterstorm jacket can’t believe they don’t follow there refund and replace policy!!

#peterstorm this is what your Pete storm jacket will look like once you wash it even when you follow the instructions, but it’s ok the advice from the go out doors Team valley store manager is to put it in the dryer and then sit and puff it up 🤔 wow!! What every time I wash it

@GOoutdoors Would recommend any of these jackets!! Watch out people 🤔I bought one and when I followed the washing instructions the jacket came out flat, #peterstorm took it back to get a refund or replacement and the go out door at team valley refused to give me my money back, don’t buy!!
