@JamesSolomonsCA for your AAR snow report. Please add city owned side walks. The baseball field sidewalk on 6th and all embankment roads between 5th and 6th. These would be easy with city snow blowers couple hours of work. Makes our walking community safer.
.@profgalloway: "For the first time in our nation's history, a 30-year-old... isn't doing as well their parents were at 30. People are opting out of America... because, frankly, they're pissed off. They see exceptional wealth across my generation—and they're really struggling."
@SolomonforJC Next Traffic measure. On Erie It is constantly a risk of getting a hit by someone running a stop sign. An easy safety measure is to stop the parking 15 feet from a stop sign. The cars can’t see the pedestrian. Erie is inconsistent with this. Enforce parking tickets paint curbs.
@DaveRamsey 2/2 What would be the inverse of number of executives that are millionaires. Probably like 80% meaning it’s better to achieve this status if millionaire is your goal.
@DaveRamsey 1/2 Love ya Dave but what you miss by sharing this 15% it’s 15% of people who talked to you. People who reach some of these networths via their senior leadership/ executive roles didn’t potentially need your advice or be willing to take a call.
Paris is putting $272m spread over 5 years to make the city fully bikeable. The North NJ metro area is about 9x the area of Paris. If we had the same project to make the whole NJ metro area bikeable it would only cost $2.5b. That's only 1/4 the cost of the I-78 expansion in JC.
